All sales final

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased — but they're fully transferable. Can't make it? Send your QR to a friend, or email us the name change and we'll move it over.

If we cancel

If Afterlife Events cancels an event, you get a full refund to your original payment method, automatically, within a few business days. Card refunds void the QR codes for that purchase.

Wrong amount or duplicate charge

Charged twice or for the wrong amount? Email afterlifevents4@gmail.com with your name and we'll sort it fast.

Lost tickets

Never lost — re-send them yourself anytime at /resend.
